Our Favorite Hotel in Hawaii

ALOHA from Oahu, Hi!! We are soaking up every second of sun and adventure we can get. We've had a fun time eating, surfing and playing in the sand. We've also stayed at some pretty cool placed and we're about to let you in on a big secret!

If you are ever on the Island and want THE best (and most adventurous) way of exploring, look no further than our friends at HOTELement Hawaii. Owners Lauren and Tanner Beeston (some of the raddest people in the world) have configured their car into a hotel on wheels and it provides an experience you will not want to miss. Renting from them allows you to explore the whole island without being stuck in one spot the whole time. You get to wake up to a beautiful view of the sunrise right on the beach every morning and since the Element isn’t a big camper van, it allows you to travel more under the radar. Lauren and Tanner provide all the necessities including a full-size mattress, a cooler, storage space, surfboards, and privacy curtains. Plus they've done all the dirty work for you and will provide any guests with a map that shows where all the public bathrooms are, where you can find free wifi, and all of their favorite parking spots, favorite locations to eat and favorite beaches.

We asked Lauren what her top five favorite things to do on the island are and here are her answers! 

1. Crouching lion hike!! Beautiful view of the mountains and the ocean! 
2. Waimea beach! You get to jump off of a Little Rock into the crystal clear blue water! 
3. Surfing in Waikiki! You get to rent boards across the street from the beach and surf fun small longboarding waves!! 
4. Eating at Kahuku farms! All fresh food on their farm and it takes amazing!! Make sure to order their Carmel Haupia Banana Bread! I also love their pizza. :)
5.  Snorkeling Sharks cove! Some beautiful snorkeling and you can cross the street after your done and eat at one of our favorite food truck Pūpūkea grill!
